Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager, SMB Sales in the MST/PST timezone.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the growth, training, and performance of up to 8 Account Executives
Own and report on the weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts for the sales team
Foster a culture of sales excellence and team development

Required Qualifications

1-5 years of management experience
Previous closing experience in B2B SaaS
Experience with SMB or Mid-Market deal sizes
Successful history of ownership of a team revenue number
Experience in co-selling on inside sales cycles
