Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for
Medicare Programs.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective members and
respond to web inquiries
Conduct sales presentations and follow up on leads to achieve
enrollment targets
Remain informed about competitor health insurance plans and
industry trends
Required Qualifications and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's
Degree preferred
Minimum one year of call center experience required or a Bachelor's
Degree in place of experience
Active, valid, and unrestricted State Life, Health & Disability
license for states represented or ability to obtain within 45 days
of hire
Familiarity with lead tracking systems, such as SFDC
(SalesForceDotCom)
Focus on production and team goals
