Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Operations Associate
(Temporary Leave Cover) to support their People Team during an
upcoming parental leave.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for People services, addressing employee
inquiries about benefits, policies, and procedures
Manage the full US onboarding and offboarding processes and oversee
US immigration case management
Assist with total rewards administration and support the HR roadmap
and strategic projects
Qualifications & Skills
2-5 years of HR experience preferred
Strong HR systems experience, with a bias for automation
Experience with maintaining data integrity and confidentiality in
HR systems
Ability to manage HR help desk and electronic postal inbox
Experience in compliance and timely reporting, including required
trainings and EEO reporting
