Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead HRBPs to provide strategic HR partnership to
business leadership
Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to business leaders on
talent-related matters
Collaborate with HR functions to build talent strategies and
initiatives and ensure alignment across the organization
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field
Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with 3+ years supporting
executives
2 years of management experience preferred
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and
procedures
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
