Senior Problem Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. Problem Manager to lead the Global Problem Management process and improve IT service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional root cause analysis efforts to identify and mitigate factors driving system instability
Analyze data related to system availability to proactively resolve unknown problems
Quantify the cost of incidents and problems by analyzing business impact data

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

8 to 10 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering or Management Science preferred
Some college education in Systems Engineering or Management Science required
Certifications in ITIL and Six Sigma
