Job Description:
Awesome opportunity! Immediate opening for a highly experienced
full time accountant with an expert knowledge of Quickbooks and ADP
payroll.
Duties include: Full general ledger management (A/R, A/P,
invoicing, money management, file maintenance, banking/credit card
reconciliation), management of all cashflow/sales and P&L
reports, coordination and oversight of all bank and vendor
financial transactions and weekly preparation of reports for
company officers.
The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented and analytical
with the ability to multi-task and complete projects in a timely
manner. Applicants must have at least 3 years of relevant
experience, a mastery of Quickbooks, ADP Payroll and Excel as well
as experience with film production cost accounting. We are an equal
